Job Description
ACCIONA is a global company seeking an Engineering Manager to support upcoming tenders and future delivery of water, civil, and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across South Australia.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Project Manager within civil or water infrastructure environments
- Demonstrated multidisciplinary engineering capability across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and water infrastructure
- Strong leadership and team‐management experience, guiding engineering and design teams to meet deliverables on time and within budget
- Highly effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders
- Familiarity with major project tendering processes within Australia
- Strong technical understanding of engineering design, optimisation, equipment selection, and risk assessment
- Ability to drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
