Engineering Manager

DT Infrastructure is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead design planning and engineering integration across tenders, bids, and projects. The role will uphold the principles of an Accredited Engineering Organisation and ensure strong quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years’ post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years leading engineering teams.
• Proven experience managing technical delivery across all phases of major infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, contractual frameworks, and interface management.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing teams within large infrastructure projects or programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and client outcomes.
