Payroll Manager

ACCIONA is a global company leading in the development of regenerative infrastructure. We are seeking a Payroll Manager to lead payroll processing, administer employee benefits, and support HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration in a multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA), and general HR laws.
