Job Description
ACCIONA is a global company leading in regenerative infrastructure development, offering a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team on a complex, high-value project supporting regional growth and environmental sustainability.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in subcontract administration on large, complex infrastructure, rail, or transit projects.
- Proven understanding of construction contracts, subcontractor relationships, and commercial risk management.
- Experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing subcontract agreements.
- Proficiency in cost tracking, price analysis, and progress claim administration.
- Strong knowledge of ERP or contract management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SEO, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
