Job Description
The Billing Coordinator (Temp to Perm) will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely billing for service work, including reviewing and processing service calls and small project invoicing. The role requires strong writing and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Windows and electronic invoicing systems.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of computerized billing and data entry experience
- Knowledge of IFS database program (plus)
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent field (preferred)
- Construction industry experience (desirable)
