Chiller Technician

ACCO Engineered Systems Chiller Technician positions are available through the union locals. The role involves routine service maintenance and repair of Centrifugal chillers and Screw chillers, collaborating with other team members. Responsibilities include providing technical support, managing downtime, and ensuring safety compliance. This is a full-time position with a focus on preventative maintenance and ensuring equipment function.

Requirements

• Extensive HVAC large tonnage field knowledge
• Minimum 3-5 years’ service field experience
• OEM Experience or Factory Training (a plus)
• Ability to perform routine chiller preventive maintenance services
• Strong background performing centrifugal chiller overhaul services
• Extensive Safety knowledge and training with minimum 5 years field experience
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills a plus
• Ability to organize and plan daily responsibilities effectively
• Physical requirements: lifting and moving up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
