Job Description
ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking Chiller Technician personnel to maintain and repair centrifugal and screw chillers in central plants. The role involves routine maintenance, repair, and supporting the office with recommended repairs. Technicians will be part of a union-operated team and will rotate through "On Call" service calls. Safety training and compliance are key components of the position.
Requirements
- Extensive HVAC large tonnage field knowledge
- Minimum 3-5 years’ service field experience
- OEM Experience or Factory Training is a plus
- Strong background performing centrifugal chiller overhaul services
- Strong background performing chiller preventive maintenance services
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and plan daily responsibilities effectively
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- 5 years field experience
- Vision abilities required for close vision and ability to adjust focus
