Job Description
This Project Coordinator position provides administrative and project support for the assigned group. They will supervise other regional offices and assist with new hire onboarding, bid support, and event management. The role involves coordination with various departments and customer relations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience with Adobe In-Design, Acrobat, Bluebeam Photoshop, and Illustrator (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
