Job Description
This Senior Project Coordinator position provides administrative support to Service Sales Engineers and Project Management Team members. Responsibilities include project oversight, meeting execution, preparing reports, onboarding new hires, and scheduling meetings and tasks. The role requires a proactive approach and strong organizational skills.
Requirements
- Extensive computer knowledge (MS Office: MS Word and MS Excel)
- Ability to use handheld devices
- Internet access with feeding and online applications
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with Ariba or Fed Ex Delivery
