Job Description
The Senior Project Coordinator will provide administrative support for the Service Sales Engineers and Project Management Team, overseeing tasks like meeting planning, facility services work production, estimating, and on-site project setup. They will also support new hires and help schedule meetings and projects. This is a core support role for a Project Manager, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Extensive computer knowledge including MS Word and MS Excel
- Internet access and ability to use various applications (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs)
- Ability to edit work product documents.
- Strong written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with producing and editing work product documents with accuracy
