Job Description
This Project Coordinator position supports the Sales and Project Managers with administrative and project tasks. It involves planning and executing meetings, assisting with onboarding new hires, coordinating with HR and vendors, and monitoring lead generation. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- 2+ years’ experience with MS Office applications
- 1+ years’ experience/intermediate-level with Adobe In-Design/Photoshop (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of the construction or service business (preferred)
