Job Description
This Project Executive role within the Construction Group is responsible for business development, new revenue generation, client relationship management, and pipeline development for Project Managers and Project Engineers. It focuses on consultative prospecting and building relationships within the industry. The role involves managing project metrics and ensuring strong team performance.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree in Engineering, Sales Management, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in estimating, designing, and managing HVAC projects from $5 million to $25+ million.
- 10+ years of experience in successfully managing a team.
- Ability to operate independently and autonomously.
- Demonstrated commitment to uphold ACCO’s culture and ethics policy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient utilization of management/accounting software.
