Job Description
This project executive role within the Construction Group requires responsibility for business development, client relationship management, and pipeline generation. The role involves managing projects, mentoring team members, and optimizing project management processes. Success is measured by converting pipeline prospects into revenue-generating clients.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree in Engineering, Sales Management or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in estimating, design, and management of HVAC projects.
- 10+ years of experience in estimating, designing, and managing electrical projects.
- 10+ years of experience successfully managing a team.
- Demonstrate commitment to building trust with senior leadership.
