Job Description
This full-time Project Executive position reports to the Sales Manager, focused on business development, new revenue generation, client relationship management, and pipeline growth within a specific industry segment. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, overseeing a team, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring project profitability. It involves both internal project management tasks and client interaction. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a commitment to ACCO's culture.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree in Engineering, Sales Management or equivalent experience
- 10 plus years of progressive experience in estimating, designing and management of HVAC projects from $5million to $25+ million
- 10 plus years of experience in successfully managing a team
- Ability to operate independently and autonomously, with the ability to consult when necessary
- Demonstrated commitment to ACCO’s culture and ethics policy
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient utilization and adaptation of management/accounting software
