Job Description
The Project Executive position is a full-time, sales/business development role reporting to the Sales Manager. This position focuses on developing new revenue opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving business growth for ACCO's Projects Management team, with a focus on new client acquisition, project management oversight, and team development. It also involves budget support, sales optimization, and maintaining a positive team environment.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree in Engineering, Sales Management, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in estimating, designing, and managing HVAC projects.
- 10+ years of experience in successfully managing a team.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and autonomously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong sales and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
