Job Description
The QA/QC Supervisor will lead the QA/QC Project Team, setting expectations and coaching team members. They will ensure quality control is implemented, monitor for problems, and proactively lead audits. This role involves collaborating with project management and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Control
- Current AWS QC-1 certification (SCWI, CWI, ICC)
- 3+ years of experience leading direct reports
- Proficient in ASME Section IX BP&V Code
- Ability to read, write, and solve problems
- Excellent time management and communication skills
