Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will manage client relationships, oversee project execution, manage field labor needs, and lead field leadership for HVAC/Plumbing/process sales projects. This role involves communicating with internal and external stakeholders and proactively managing projects to meet customer requirements and financial goals. The position requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in estimating, design, or management of HVAC projects from $50,000 to $100+ million
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business
- Strong interpersonal and project management abilities
- Valid Class C driver's license
