Job Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing HVAC/Plumbing/process sales, and overseeing field labor. This role involves leadership, communication, and ensuring project success according to contractual and financial objectives. The position requires a commitment to customer satisfaction and a strong understanding of engineering and project management principles.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in estimating, design, or management of HVAC projects (>$50k to $100M)
- Independent and autonomous operational skills
- High sense of integrity
- Demonstrated experience in business systems software (JDE, IFS, BidTracer, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and project management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
