Job Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading HVAC/Plumbing/process sales and managing field labor needs for projects. This role involves project management, budget control, client relations, and coordination with internal departments to ensure successful project completion. The position requires strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in estimating, design and/or management of HVAC projects.
- Demonstrated high sense of integrity.
- Demonstrated experience/ability to develop new business.
- Strong interpersonal and project management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
