Job Description
This service supervisor position directly manages the service technicians for a specific geographic area. The role involves supervising technicians, providing customer support, conducting safety meetings, managing workforce, and ensuring financial objectives are met. It's a technical backup for both route mechanics and service sales personnel on both new projects and existing accounts.
Requirements
- High school diploma, Certificate of G.E.D, or apprenticeship completion.
- 10+ years of experience in HVAC-R mechanical service and repair.
- Journeyman experience with HVAC-R mechanical service and repair.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to utilize a personal computer.
- Valid driver’s license with MVR.
