Job Description
This Service Supervisor position is responsible for supervising service technicians and providing customer interaction for a specific geographic area. The role involves quality control, safety adherence, labor management, and maintaining customer relationships. The supervisor assists with project fulfillment and ensures the company meets contractual obligations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate of G.E.D or apprenticeship completion in HVAC-R or similar field
- 10+ years of experience in HVAC-R mechanical service and repair
- 3+ years of Journeyman experience in HVAC-R mechanical service and repair
- Valid (non-commercial) driver’s license with MVR
