Job Description
BreakFree Aanuka Beach Resort is a hidden gem located on the picturesque beachfront of Coffs Harbour. The tropical style resort offers two, three and four bedroom villa’s along with two award winning restaurants and a landscape that lends itself to bespoke weddings and events. As General Manager, you will oversee and manage all daily operations on property, guaranteeing its seamless and profitable function.
Requirements
- Prior Operational, Hotel or General Manager experience and a deep understanding across a range of departments and stakeholder management
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships, effectively address challenging situations, and implement solutions that enhance service quality
- Experience and capability to drive financial growth through skilful & thoughtful strategy
- Comprehension of the key metrics that impact and grow hospitality businesses
- Real Estate licence (Class 1) (advantageous, not crucial)
