Job Description
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all daily operations at The Watson - Art Series hotel, ensuring its seamless and profitable function. This role demands a keen focus on every department and requires leadership to guide, coach, and mentor the team.
Requirements
- Manage all facets of the property including revenue management, recruiting & training, customer service and achievement of financial targets
- Lead and develop the team to ensure the hotel's profitability and success
- Drive changes and improvements in performance and implement strategies in line with business objectives
- Create and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, property owners, guests and regional shared services
- Maintain excellent product and service standards whilst maximising revenue and balancing expenses
