Agent de réservations

The Fairmont Monte Carlo is seeking a Reservation Agent to provide a professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests. The role involves booking, updating bookings, and ensuring maximum revenue by selling higher category rooms and recommending hotel services.

Requirements

• Experience in reception - luxury hospitality
• Successful experience of at least six months as a Reservation Agent
• Mastery of Microsoft Windows applications and Opera software
• Proficient in French, English, and Italian languages
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
