Job Description
Fairmont Pittsburgh, a 4 diamond LEED certified luxury hotel, seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead the front office team. The ideal candidate will have progressive front office experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for guest service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year progressive Front Office operations experience, preferably management in a luxury property
- Computer knowledge and proficiency in PMS (Opera) and Microsoft Office
- College Degree in Hospitality an asset
- Excellent leadership, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking prioritization
- Fanatical guest service orientation
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overnights
- Ability to stand for extended periods
