Breakfast Chef

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our 5-star culinary team. You will be responsible for creating a memorable breakfast service, delivering both traditional and innovative dishes that showcase the quality and provenance of our ingredients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef in a 4/5-star hotel or luxury property
• Strong knowledge of high-quality ingredients and modern breakfast techniques
• Ability to produce consistently excellent dishes under pressure
• Familiarity with HACCP, food hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Excellent organisational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Passion for creativity, presentation, and delivering luxury guest experiences
