Accor is seeking a Director of Rooms to lead the Rooms Division at the Sofitel Riyadh Hotel & Convention Center, providing strategic leadership and direction to shape exceptional guest experiences.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Rooms Division
• Oversee and optimize front office operations
• Manage functions to maintain presentation throughout the property
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Manage departmental budgets and control expenses
• Stay abreast of industry trends and local tourism developments
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations
