As a Housekeeping Manager at Fairmont, you will lead the Housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms are clean and comfortable, and assist in day-to-day operations with the Housekeeping Director. The role involves overseeing operations, ensuring staff compliance with policies, and communicating with team members to meet operational and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as Manager or related role in a high volume Housekeeping operation, preferably within luxury hotels
- Union Property experience, preferably
- Knowledge of the function and department processes
- Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
- Strong cross functional team player
- Responsive, with a sense of urgency
- Consistent follow through
- Possesses a focus on guest service
