Housekeeping Manager

As a Housekeeping Manager at Fairmont, you will lead the Housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms are clean and comfortable, and assist in day-to-day operations with the Housekeeping Director. The role involves overseeing operations, ensuring staff compliance with policies, and communicating with team members to meet operational and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as Manager or related role in a high volume Housekeeping operation, preferably within luxury hotels
• Union Property experience, preferably
• Knowledge of the function and department processes
• Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
• Strong cross functional team player
• Responsive, with a sense of urgency
• Consistent follow through
• Possesses a focus on guest service
