Develop and execute pre-opening marketing and communication plans, build brand awareness across digital and traditional channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing/communications, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and media relations
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Creative mindset with strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in hotel pre-opening is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media platforms is a plus
