Public Areas Head Houseperson

Join Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge as our new Public Areas Head Houseperson and support the maintenance of new product to a high standard from day one. The role involves supervision, training, and recognition of colleagues, daily upkeep of public areas, and guest inquiries. Experience in housekeeping is required, and a valid Alberta driver's license is necessary.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience
• Previous experience in housekeeping required, minimum one year
• Valid Alberta driver's license required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
