The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for operational functions, improvement of the offer, financial management, benchmarking & marketing, and other tasks. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, fluency in French and English, and a sense of team management.
Requirements
- Experience between 3 and 5 years in a similar position
- Experience within an international hotel chain in a capital city and/or abroad
- Team leadership
- Fluency in French and English
- Important sense of team management
- Ability to work with attention to detail, speed, and autonomy
- Organizing and delegating tasks while following their evolution
- Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP
- In-depth knowledge of food products, wines, and spirits
- Mastering operational computer software (Outlook, Pack Office, Micros, Opera)
- Flexibility in work hours
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- High sense of responsibility and reliability
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to focus on customer needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
