The Spa Manager at LUURA Paros will lead the wellness experience, ensuring every guest journey is seamless, inspiring, and memorable. They will oversee daily operations, drive revenue, and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in spa management
- Strong operational mindset with attention to detail
- Leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate the team
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of upselling and revenue generation
- Guest-focused with excellent communication skills
- Flexible, hands-on, and solution-oriented
- Passionate about wellness, hospitality, and delivering memorable experiences
- Good command of English
- Eligible to work at an EU country
