Steward

As a Steward at Fairmont Century Plaza, you will be essential to the success of the Food and Beverage operation, maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and par stock standards in the kitchen and back of the house areas. You will work as a team to ensure a hygienic working environment and provide excellent service to guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent training certification
• Ability to communicate in English with guests, coworkers, and management
• Food handling/sanitation certification (desirable)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to perform job specifications with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow through
• Ability to operate, clean, and maintain all equipment
