The FAENA Movement is a journey of art, culture, and community. As Training Manager, you will be the curator of knowledge and growth at Faena Red Sea, designing and delivering immersive training programs that bring the Faena philosophy to life.
Requirements
- Define and lead a bold, property-specific training strategy that aligns with Faena’s long-term vision, brand DNA, and cultural nuances of Saudi Arabia.
- Partner with executives and department leaders to transform organizational goals into dynamic learning priorities.
- Curate and deliver a portfolio of training programs, from service rituals and brand storytelling to technical, compliance, and leadership development.
- Build immersive learning journeys for all stages of the employee lifecycle — onboarding to leadership — using workshops, simulations, coaching, and digital tools.
- Infuse creativity and innovation into every learning experience, drawing inspiration from the worlds of art, theater, and hospitality.
- Collaborate with People & Culture and Department Heads to identify and develop high-potential talent, supporting career pathways and succession planning.
- Equip leaders with coaching tools and resources to embed development into daily operations.
- Leverage LMS platforms and digital learning solutions to ensure accessibility and scalability.
- Measure impact through engagement metrics, feedback, performance KPIs, and evolving talent needs.
- Ensure all training complies with local labor laws, Saudization requirements, health & safety mandates, and Faena’s global standards.
