Join AAAHC as a Learning & Development Specialist to support all aspects of education programs, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating, and continuously improving AAAHC training initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to develop and deliver learning content and programming.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two-four years of directly related work experience
- Detailed knowledge of and experience with concepts, practices, and procedures of Instructional Design and Development
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts to create engaging and visually appealing learning content
- Ability to foster learning using strategies that engage learners in critical inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving, and that develop competence in learners
- Experience using video editing tools and eLearning authoring tools to create and produce online/interactive content
- Knowledge and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Knowledge and familiarity with event management platforms
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent quality and superior customer services
- Effective communication abilities, technical writing and editing, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
