Job Description
Alpha Inc. is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to architect how their people grow, from new hires to emerging leaders. The ideal candidate will help design and deliver training programs, facilitate dynamic training sessions, and elevate the employee journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in learning & development, training coordination, or HR-related roles
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design principles
