Job Description
Cost Accountant role at a manufacturing company. Responsible for financial accuracy, product costing, customer profitability, and operational efficiency. Close collaboration with production, sales, technical, and finance teams. Hands-on manufacturing environment with a focus on cost reduction and pricing strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of manufacturing costing experience
- Strong understanding of standard cost, BOMs, routers, raw materials, and production variances
- Ability to build strong working relationships across production, operations, and business teams
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
