Accredo Packaging, Inc. manufactures and supplies sustainable high added value flexible packaging predominantly for the pre-packaged food and consumer products markets in North America. Our new 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility has been build to meet LEED silver certification standards, and will be powered by 100% renewable wind power. This is the first manufacturing site of its kind in this industry. Accredo Packaging's capabilities include the design and production of barrier films up to 9 layers, high quality printing using the 7 color extended color gamut process, high performance lamination, and pouch production. All processes are supported by the best available production machinery in the industry.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of manufacturing costing experience, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Accounting Manager
5-7 years of related experience, including public accounting and manufacturing industry experience; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred
Staff Accountant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 3+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency
Plant Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering; 5+ years of experience in plant engineering, equipment installation, maintenance, or manufacturing support; hands-on experience with AutoCAD, CMMS systems, and project scheduling tools
Pouching Operator
High school diploma, manufacturing experience, basic machine operation skills, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs
Shipper
Experience in manufacturing environment, ability to lift 50 lbs, attention to detail
Quality Manager, Flexible Packaging
Bachelor’s degree, Lean Six Sigma certification, 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, and/or continuous improvement leadership roles
Slitting Operator
High School Diploma or GED required. 1 year slitting experience in a manufacturing environment required
