Accredo Packaging, Inc. manufactures and supplies sustainable high added value flexible packaging predominantly for the pre-packaged food and consumer products markets in North America. Our new 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility has been build to meet LEED silver certification standards, and will be powered by 100% renewable wind power. This is the first manufacturing site of its kind in this industry. Accredo Packaging's capabilities include the design and production of barrier films up to 9 layers, high quality printing using the 7 color extended color gamut process, high performance lamination, and pouch production. All processes are supported by the best available production machinery in the industry.

Yard Mule Driver
5+ years of driving experience, High School Diploma or GED, CDL with good driving record
Business Development Executive, Flexible Packaging
5+ years in packaging sales, functional understanding of film structures, and proven track record building a territory
Accounting Manager
5-7 years of related experience, including public accounting and manufacturing industry experience; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred
Maintenance Technician
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in manufacturing and knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Press Assistant
High school diploma or GED, basic math skills, experience working in a manufacturing environment
Cost Accountant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of manufacturing costing experience, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Quality Manager, Flexible Packaging
Bachelor’s degree, Lean Six Sigma certification, 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, and/or continuous improvement leadership roles
Plant Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering; 5+ years of experience in plant engineering, equipment installation, maintenance, or manufacturing support; hands-on experience with AutoCAD, CMMS systems, and project scheduling tools
Staff Accountant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 3+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency
Business Development Executive, Paper Bag (West)
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, capacity to work independently, and experience with CRM
