Job Description
Accretive Health is seeking a self-motivated HRIS Specialist to join their team for a 6-9 month contract. The role will involve maintaining data integrity, improving data tracking processes, and preparing for the implementation of a new HRIS system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least one year of experience in HRIS role
- Proficiency with MS office suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to exercise a high attention to detail
- Proactive approach towards improving processes and systems
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
