GL Accountant

Accretive Technology Group is seeking an experienced GL Accountant to join our accounting team. This role works closely with the GL Manager and other department members to support general ledger activities, including preparing and reviewing account reconciliations and assisting with the month-end close process.

Requirements

• Assist with maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts
• Maintain supporting documentation for loans, notes, lease agreements
• Prepare journal entries related to prepaid expenses, fixed assets, leases, and notes
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and balance sheet accounts monthly and quarterly
• Track prepaid accounts, monitor expiration timelines, and follow up with appropriate stakeholders when needed
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and relevant financial regulations
• Work closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and FP&A
