Requirements

• Obtain orders through email and telephone calls
• Increase orders by suggesting related items and explaining features
• Own, qualify, and develop opportunities passed from marketing and outside sales
• Identify ways for continuous improvement of processes
• Prepare, generate, and follow up on verbal or written quotations
• Maintain distribution system backorder report and customer notification
• Report industry trends and customer feedback to management
