Representative - Inside Sales will interact with existing customers, increase sales, and up-sell orders to create customer satisfaction and add value to the buying experience.

• Obtains orders through email and telephone calls
• Increases orders by suggesting related items
• Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities
• Identifies ways for continuous improvement of processes
• Prepares and follows up on verbal or written quotations
• Reviews open customer order reports
• Maintains distribution system backorder report
• Reports industry trends and customer feedback
