Senior UX Designer

Senior UX Designer role at Accuris to shape intuitive and impactful user experiences across SaaS products, partnering with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver experiences that empower engineers to innovate faster and smarter.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 4–6 years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or related industries
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and solutions for complex digital products
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Figma Make
• Familiarity with engineering workflows, PLM platforms, or related tools is a plus
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
