Sales Representative

The Field Sales Representative (FSR) is responsible for driving revenue through direct, person-to-person field sales activities, with a primary focus on storm restoration and retail exterior sales. Success is measured through daily activity KPIs, revenue production, process adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and/or GED
• 1-3+ years of experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or customer-facing roles
• Storm restoration, roofing, or retail home improvement sales experience
• Strong person-to-person communication and lead generation skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a competitive, results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR; frequent field travel required
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to handle objections and conflict professionally and courteously
• Excellent verbal, electronic, and written communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable to daily commitments
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, weather conditions, and market demands
• Ability to utilize technology devices, CRM systems, and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suites
