Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ up to 5 years PQE) with experience in Residential Conveyancing to join a respected regional law firm in Cumbria. The firm prioritises quality of service and client relationships over billing targets.

Requirements

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity and remortgages
• Title investigations and reporting
• Liaising with clients, agents and lenders
• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
• Strong experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage matters from instruction to completion
