Finance Manager – Payments & Financial Control

We are seeking a hands-on and technically strong Finance Manager to join our Dublin-based team. The role combines ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, safeguarding oversight, regulatory reporting, policy enhancement, and continuous strengthening of internal controls.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA)
• 3–5+ years post-qualification experience
• Strong experience within financial services, fintech, payments, or other CBI-regulated firms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to build and enhance control frameworks
