The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial control, reporting, and governance across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions, producing accurate financial information and maintaining strong internal controls.
Requirements
- Manage the accounting close monthly
- Own the month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Present financial results to management
- Review and approve statutory financial statements
- Prepare accounting papers to support going-concern assessments
- Act as a point of contact for external auditors
- Coordinate and review tax returns
- Prepare, review, and present management accounts
- Carry out scenario modelling and stress testing
- Review cash flow forecasts and working capital positions
- Perform impairment assessments
- Coordinate with local advisers on providing solutions to complex local GAAP accounting
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
- Strengthen the internal control framework
- Lead and develop a team of qualified accountants
- Manage relationships up, down, and across the organisation
- Build effective working relationships with external advisors and service providers
