Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial control, reporting, and governance across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions, producing accurate financial information and maintaining strong internal controls.

Requirements

• Manage the accounting close monthly
• Own the month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Present financial results to management
• Review and approve statutory financial statements
• Prepare accounting papers to support going-concern assessments
• Act as a point of contact for external auditors
• Coordinate and review tax returns
• Prepare, review, and present management accounts
• Carry out scenario modelling and stress testing
• Review cash flow forecasts and working capital positions
• Perform impairment assessments
• Coordinate with local advisers on providing solutions to complex local GAAP accounting
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
• Strengthen the internal control framework
• Lead and develop a team of qualified accountants
• Manage relationships up, down, and across the organisation
• Build effective working relationships with external advisors and service providers
