The Director of Field Operations is responsible for the execution, performance, and leadership of all field-related activities within Ace Technologies, including special projects, contract work, service operations, inspections, and specialized systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in field operations within low voltage, life safety, security, or related industries
- Proven experience managing multiple field teams and service lines
- Strong understanding of fire alarm, security systems, access control, and network infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance and team accountability
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, labor productivity, and job profitability
