Job Description
Ace Technologies, LLC is seeking a Director of Field Operations to lead all field operations across service, projects, contracts, inspections, and specialized systems. The Director will drive operational excellence, workforce productivity, and customer satisfaction while supporting the company's mission to keep facilities, employees, and customers safe.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in field operations within low voltage, life safety, security, or related industries
- Proven experience managing multiple field teams and service lines
- Strong understanding of fire alarm, security systems, access control, and network infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance and team accountability
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, labor productivity, and job profitability
