Job Description
The Assistant Floater HS provides support to Head Start staff in the implementation and administration of programs and services for preschool-aged children and their families. They ensure a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children and assist with administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum a CDA credential or state-granted certificate
- Previous experience teaching in an early childhood setting
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of health and safety licensing requirements
- Experience with community collaborations and partnerships
